Organizational Process
There are moments in a group or organization where everybody needs to be able to show up fully, without being distracted by facilitation duties. You can bring me in to facilitate important conversations, so that everybody involved gets to just be themselves.
Examples of this might look like:
- Debriefing something big that happened (e.g. a shared piece of work, a difficult experience, a major milestone, etc.), or doing a full post-mortem of a complex series of events.
- Giving everybody a chance to have equal voice in speaking to a shared conflict or interpersonal difficulty.
- Making an important change or decision together, or figuring something out that requires everybody’s full attention or participation.
